I gave them my Bike tvs Apache 160 4v is good condition to deliever to odissa (jajpur) on 10th of Jan and they promised to deliever by 4-5 working days , and I was told total amount will be 7k , but once I handed over the bike to them they asked for 5.5k more stating that other miscellaneous charges will also be required including GST , or else they won’t be sending my bike to odissa ..neither will they give it back to me , and I was forced to pay them 5.5 k due to safety of my bike..and once I paid them they did not deliever my bike ilon previous commited date 16 th of Jan, and when I gave them legal threat. they presented me a new date of 19th Jan 2026 , and then they again changed the date to 26 th of Jan..and they sent my bike by blue dart …will lots of scratches on my bikes body , this is very unprofessional…and when I asked for refund they simply say it’s not possible…and I should talk to insurance company.

I have booked initially with the help of www.logitickart.com. Then the A one team call me and asked for the goods list.

After confirming the items (cartoon box + trolley bag + bike) & negotiations they offered & shared the quotation to transport the items in 7000 rupees only from Gurugram to Indore. After pickup the item from my location on scheduled time plan, they have asked for the extra money 11600 rupees (total 18600 rupees). They have also asked to deposit the full amount in one time without it they will not deliver the item. when I deposited full amount – then they behaves rudely and also lying that your item will get delivered on 2 days but nothing happened like that. After many follow-ups they have delivered the item in 10 days. Some items were missing & bike mudguard was also broken. Even they have charges for the insurance but it was also fraud. These A one Professional team is professional in making fool only. If you ask for the driver number then they will another person who will make you fool. Don try with this packers.

Delivery driver confirm that he received the item one day before & delivered the item in 24hrs Only. they told me that your item is on the way – your vehicle reached on this -that location. they are expert in making the fool. I will pray with God they will never grow in their life.
